役割は、お題を提供し、参加者に即興スピーチをしてもらうTabletopics sessionの準備と進行をする
参加者にはTabletopics sessionのお題は知らされていない。事前に知っていたらスピーチを準備できてしまうからだ。
あなたの好きな食べ物はなんですか、といった単純なものではなく、世界情勢についてとか、経済状況についてとか、難しいテーマでもなく、誰もがその場で考えて答えられるテーマがいい。
個人的には、普段考えたことがないけど、聞かれてみて初めて意識して考えた、というようなテーマがいいと思う。

Now, spring has come. The climate has changed. It’s getting warmer and warmer, we became easy to go outside.

Especially in japan, April is the month of beginning of something. For example, new fiscal year starts, new classes of almost all schools start. And also a lot of new young workers joined from this month.

I think it’s good idea to do something new in this season.
I choose “starting new, starting over” as tonight’s topics.

For example, I started the bullet trip this month, I went to kyushu yesterday by plane for the first time this year.
I’m planning to use plane more than 50 times within this year.
This is my starting new of this year.

課題はタイムマネジメントといかに多くの人が話せるようにするか
Tabletopics sessionは20分から25分だ。これだけの長時間にタイムマネジメントを行うのはけっこう難しい、ということが分かった。
指名制か自発的挙手にするかも難しい。
指名制だと全員にあてたいのでそうするのだが、意外とタイムマネジメントが難しい。挙手だとなかなか手があがらなくて悩ましい。
今回やってみて、最初ヘルパーロールやロールのない人達にあてて、あとは時間まで挙手制がいいのかも、と思った。
要は、全員がトピックについて話せる環境を作るのがTabletopics Masterのミッションというわけだ。
これからも楽しみながらやっていこう。ベイビーステップで。
